چکیده

Abstract The in situ X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy data indicate that butyltrimethylammonium bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imide (N4111(TFSI)) adsorbs strongly within the potential range −3.25 V < E −2.25 and specifically at (vs. Ag-QRE) Al electrode. Strong adsorption of intermediates N4111(TFSI) electrochemical decomposition was observed impedance cyclic voltammetry measurements. At −4.25 Ag-QRE), very intensive reduction took place electrode giving gaseous products. In from − 2.25 to 0.00 non-specific exists et al. surface.

Reducing Impedance Fluctuation by Electrode Structure for Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy

In this paper, we investigated the electrode structure of the electrical bio-sensor to reduce impedance measurement fluctuation. Five pairs of the same electrodes were formed on the PCB substrate, and a fluidic channel was constructed with a double-sided tape and polycarbonate cover so that all the electrodes had the same reagent distribution. In order to find an electrode structure with little...

Using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy of salicylate anion selective electrode: simulation for behavior of electrode

In this paper, the behavior of the salicylate anion-selective electrode was studied using the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy technique. Considering the diagram of the charge transfer resistance and -logarithm of the double layer capacitance versus -logarithm of the concentration, linear range concentration increased to 1.0×10^{-8}-1.0×10^{-1} M and 1.0×10^{-9}-1.0×10^{-1} M, respectivel...

Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy study of the response mechanism of the chalcogenide glass membrane iron(III) ion-selective electrode in saline media.

The response mechanism of the iron(III) chalcogenide glass membrane ion-selective electrode (ISE) in saline media has been studied using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). EIS equivalent circuits and XPS surface compositions for the FeIII ISE are consistent with the presence of two surface films probably comprising a outer surface layer (OSL...

27 Application of Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy ( EIS ) and X - ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy ( XPS ) to the Characterization of RTILs for Electrochemical Applications

Ionic liquids (ILs) are low temperature molten salts, that is, a salt in the liquid state. ILs used to present a very low vapour pressure and this property makes of the ILs key materials for the development of a wide variety of emerging technologies. The stability of ILs at high temperatures (several hundred degrees), low combustibility, and even the relatively high viscosity of some of them co...

Biomedical Application of a Novel Nanostructured-based Electrochemical Platform for Therapeutic Monitoring of an Antiepileptic Drug; Gabapentin

Herein, gold nanoparticle had been successfully synthesized through a simple, inexpensive and clean electrochemical technique. Gold nanoparticles were directly deposited on the electrode surface using an electrochemical strategy. Then, the electrochemical deposition parameters (such as applied potential and deposition time) were optimized. 1.1 V and 250 s were applied as the optimal electrodepo...
